Absolutely. Both of those have been commercialized to death, plus PCB apparently is now the new location for some gay pride weekend.

Yeah, but even those are getting over developed. Maybe not high-rise condos but the planned communities. We used to go to Blue Mt Beach once or twice a year, but the past few we've gone to St George Island. A little further drive, but so much more laid back.
