I think he's just making shite up as he goes. I'll vote Gary Johnson but wouldnt cry if Trump were elected just because I'd enjoy watching the system implode. Trump is a charade, but all of them are to an extent

Seems there is a fairly large contingent of conservatives that hate him as well.

Wonder why.

I think he's absolutely making it up as he goes.

As a conservative voter, I've pretty much gone through the 5 stages of grief over the thought of Trump as the nominee and quite possibly president.

Now that I'm at the acceptance stage, I think there's a chance he could be exactly what the entire system needs. The fact that he's so far out there and just says what's on his mind might well be the trigger congress needs to get off their arse, quit pandering to the donor and least common denominator voter (regardless of party), and actually solve a few problems. The frustration with the way the system's broken is the fuel driving both his and Bernie's success. If one wins (and Bernie won't) maybe congress will get the message and do their jobs out of fear they'll be the next to get Trumped.

That's my hope anyhow.

I completely agree that he's honest about his beliefs and pretty much follows his convictions.

He's wrong, but I can very much respect his honesty.

Because he's not a conservative.

It amazes me that Trump is garnering so much support with Republicans. Trump isn't a Christian, yet he's dominating the South. Which shows me that a crazy number of people hate Hillary more than they love their own principles.

I like that Trump can't be bought and sold by special interest. I like that a lot, and it's my favorite thing about any candidate out there right now... but I'll probably stay home and not vote as opposed to help put Trump in office.

It can't be both? Look, if you grow up poor in a single family home, you're going to have a different outlook than someone who grew up middle class or wealthy. You can shape your own life as you grow older, but your experiences are going to shape your world views.

Agreed. I'd welcome Bernie over Hillary, not because I like his politics any more, but I genuinely believe he's a good person. Free college would be a disaster and my taxes would go up, but I think he'd actually spend a trillion on infrastructure as he claims(which is something we desperately need to do for a multitude of reasons), get better trade deals, and go after the big banks.

Because it makes them feel like others don't validate their degenerate lifestyles. They think if he wins, then people may even have the audacity to openly disagree with them.

Because he is a loud-mouth know-nothing using the politics of hate to pander to uneducated voters.

Know what the problems and stating said problems are not solutions to said problem. He never gives any answers of how he will do certain things. And if he does, it is usually something horrific like a war crime (go after the terrorist families). But his mouth-breathing fans do not care seem to care. Try are easily emotionally manipulated and it shows with the violence his fans have displayed at his rallies.

I'm not a liberal, but Trump is the worst person in the presidential race, and it's not even close.

"Free" public high school is working so well in this country. I'm sure free college will too.

I think we are the richest country in the world, and our investment in to higher education and infrastructure needs to be much higher, but I don't think "free" is the solution.

"Free college" would devalue an education and lead to another huge chunk of debt you'll pay when you're older via taxation.

I don't know why people keep repeating this. He's a flopper like all of them, and a communist at heart. He's giving you "just the tip" right now.

I disagree with 99% of his stances on most topics, but he speaks with conviction and you can tell he is truly passionate for change. The only problem is that it's 100% unattainable. This country already has a problem with handouts, why should we add more?

With that being said, he seems like a great guy.
