Is this board’s average higher or lower than the OT’s?

Thanks man. Hoping that will be good enough for me to get in to UGA.

It'll get you in, as long as you don't have shitty grades.

Yeah, it looks that way. However I keep hearing stories of people with 4.0s and 33 on the ACT getting deferred.

I don't know what a good ACT score is. If yours are good, congrats.
I took the SAT and I couldn't tell you what a good score on that thing is, just that my math was very poor and my English was good.

If you've got a 4.0 and good test scores as well as some bs on your activities list and a letter of recommendation there is no reason a state school (NO matter how elite they might think they are, they're still just a state school) should turn you away

that's not good.

If i had better SAT scores I woulda gone to a better school and been where I wanted to be a lot sooner in my career.

More and more studies are finding standardized tests aren’t always a great measure of intelligence. Apparently colleges are looking for a new way to evaluate students.

Id say so. I aced cal I, did well in the other 3, but didn't do good on my math sat
Mainly due to lack of studying as well as not having even taken trig at that point. It is what it is

Id say congrats on your score again but that would mean I'd be supporting a try hard.

Yeah i know. English pretty much carried my score and it wasn't pretty. Most math problems I had to guess/bs essay was meh too

I coulda retaken it but after taking it, applying to schools and all that, didn't feel like it.

The essay was dumb. The prompt was whether or not you support school field trips and why.

My hand kept cramping and I barely got three paragraphs.
