Cincinatti loves the traditional Skyline:
Spaghetti, Chili (with cinnamon), cheese and oyster crackers.
The chili itself is nasty af. The insane amounts of cheese they throw on top is the best part

Skyline is an attack on Chili everywhere. They must be stopped.
My local Skyline even had the audacity to take reservations and host a Valentines Day event. Who wants to get loaded up on chili beans before a night of intimacy? Dutch ovens and abdominal distress.

Grataer's is pretty good. I especially like their free cone on Father's day if you wear a tie and they just have a pile of ties there for you to wear.
