Newks hasn't made it up to the far north yet. They apparently are in Little Rock and Conway, though. I've heard they make good salads.

Dude, Newks is in Springfield, MO and has been for a few years.

It's a management problem at the specific location. What you described almost always is.

A customer service issue at one location can create the perception of the company name as a whole.

I understand that not all McAllisters are like my experience yesterday, but I've noticed a downward trend at two separate locations that culminated in yesterday's experience.

You seem to have a personal obsession with either me or McAllisters. Are you saying that I made up the McAllisters story? If so, don't you think the story is rather specific to be embellished?

I can assure you that my McAllisters experience happened.

A lady had to yell at her handicapped husband to wheel his arse to the counter to simply verify his order while a couple of female employees ignored the long wait line and one male employee acted like the entire situation was extremely annoying.

You're telling me that you can't imagine that happening at a business?

Okay, bro. I guess you've never had terrible customer service.

Certainly. This is why they need to get rid of that manager and get one that can build a culture of great service.

Just noting what you saw isn't some generational reflection or a company wife issue.

The biggest problem is finding good help these days. It's not just happening at McAllisters.

I eat at McAllister's once or twice a year when I'm at a client's office with one nearby and never had bad service there. Their service isn't great, but not bad. I like their Club sandwich, and I don't even have to join a any club to enjoy it. Their chicken tortilla soup is pretty good as well.

You're right.

However, in person it was an incredibly disappointing experience. What took place was inexcusable.

Icecream is my go to desert. I could eat a whole carton of it but I try to limit myself. However, the other day was milkshake Monday at an icecream store in town and I had a coffee milkshake with caramel and I might have found a new favorite.

Well actually I will still pick icecream over a milkshake especially on two scoop Tuesday
