Napier isn't a bad coach, you're just a bad fan. Your QB has been in a sophomore slump. If/when he gets over it, you've got a pretty good football team.

Stupid mistakes cost you against USF. And not just the one penalty, multiple ones that killed drives. Yeah you can blame that on the HC and ultimately all responsibility falls on him, but that's likely not an overall indication of the team strength. That team is a tough one, they gave Alabama fits even under Saban.

The 5 interceptions in the LSU game reminded me of when Saban/Kiffin lost against Ole Miss. Yeah that's on your QB, but again he's been in a slump and despite all that, you still only lost by 10. To me that says it's still a good team in there when it's cleaned up.

Miami is just better.

I wasn't at all surprised when Florida beat Texas. And yet I bet you've been calling ole 7 win Sark a good coach for the past few years.

I hope you fire him because he's a young coach, he's not bad and he'll only get better as he learns from his mistakes. And I think at some point you'll have to because he'll just end up being a lame duck coach. The schedule is brutal, so maybe you'll get your wish.

Btw, my actual stance was that he was a better hire than Brian Kelly because they were hired at the same time and I thought Napier would have been a great hire at LSU. Instead he got hired at Florida and inherited that mess.

False. You just had an 8-5 season last year on one of the most difficult schedules in college football. If you had the Texas schedule, you're in the playoffs.

I was banned for "being an alt". I was surprised to be banned here as well, but I figured that must have been why.

I pointed out that the so called budget cuts Trump was making made up less than 1% of the total debt he was adding. Overall it's been an increase in government rather than a decrease. And I bet many of the cuts end up disappearing with another CR or whatever.

Apparently only democrat alts would say things like that.

I never really posted there until a month or so before getting banned. I'm more about civics than the gossip and WWE drama the team sports people feed on. I didn't give a shite about getting banned there, but it sucked I got banned here also.

You have a special teams coordinator. If that person fills multiple roles that is no different than the way it was done at Alabama under Saban and I would suspect is done all across college football(I don't pay attention to the staff of other teams that much).

Because it's not really a position that requires much work and it would be a waste of resources to have someone with only that job.

If he wins this weekend, he should get another year. I don't think it's going to happen because it's an extremely tough environment, but if he pulls out a win, it will be a statement.

It's someone's job. The players aren't doing it themselves.

And it's common for people in that role to have other roles. Saban had Bobby Williams in that role for years, he was the tight end and special teams coach. People use to blame him for missed FGs, but it turns out his only actual job as the ST was to make sure the right players got on and off the field etc. He eventually left Alabama and joined Cristobal at Oregon in the same role. I think he was a recruiting coordinator for a few years at Alabama between, or did something.

I'm not sure what you think a ST coordinators job would be and why it needs to be a specific person.
