My current favorites:

Sazerac
2 ounce Old Overholt rye whiskey
3 dashes of Peychaud's bitters
1/2 ounce of Agave Nectar (or simple syrup)
Wash glass with Absinthe
Rub lemon peel on rim and twist into drink

Directions to make Sazerac -
1. Mix (muddle) rye whiskey, bitters, and agave nectar (or simple syrup) in a bowl for about 1 minutes.

2. Wash inside of chilled glass with Absinthe. Pour excess back into bottle for future use.

3) Pour rye mixture into glass, rub the rim with a lemon peel and then twist a couple of lemon peels into drink. Enjoy.

Not sure if it's been posted - my personal favorite-

Blenheims Spicy Ginger Ale, Bourbon and Ice (crushed mint is optional, but damn tasty)
Also had it with Fever Tree Ginger Beer - also delicious but spendy.

Around here I've heard it called a Georgia Bulldog or simply Bleheims & Bulleit (if you use Bulleit Bourbon).
