I like music from the same time periods, but not many of those you listed.

Sings with a gruff out of tune voice? Just don't care for it.

Their Unplugged and Alice in Chains Unplugged is in my regular rotation.
Honestly there wasn't really an Unplugged session I didn't like that MTV produced in the early to mid 90s. One of the best musical based TV shows on at the time.

For real. Nirvana was far more original than Bon Jovi.

Bon Jovi came out in my coming of age years.

I just wish the acoustic version of "You know you're right" wasn't recorded with a potato...
I swear there's a live version of Silver where Curt sobers up halfway through.

Oh shite. What do you consider 90s grunge? Nirvana probably. They're awesome. The Melvin's?
What about the rest of the 90s alternative?
Built to spill?
Pixies?
Sonic youth?
Guided by voices?
Dinosaur jr?
The start of motherfricking modest mouse?
I'm sure I'm forgetting some.

Perhaps. But less talented.

I mean don't get me wrong, I may have in a guilty pleasure moment in the car belted out to Livin' on a Prayer. But you're killin' me,
Smalls.
Smalls.

I think I've heard those names before. Not familiar with any of their songs though, unless I've heard and not known it. The rest I have no familiarity with. When the 90's hit, the music went to crap and I went to talk radio.

Sade is one of my guilty pleasures... she's got a sensual voice to me.
