Tragic drowning of toddler in Texas

I've worked with the father since October. He would fly home once a month to spend a long weekend with his wife and 4 kids. Sometimes his family would return with him and stay at the campground.
His daughter just turned 2, and fell into a 24" pipe that led to a septic tank. She wasn't able to be rescued.
The only thing the family has asked for is prayers, and $5,000 to get the daughter and trailer home.

frick man. That’s absolutely awful. Have a 19 month old and that really breaks my heart. Not very religious but I’ll say a prayer for that family.

So by the looks in that video, someone covered one of those septic systems with some boards instead of a secured tank lid?
I'm not big on suing for negligence, but this fits the bill if that's the case.

My daughter just turned two, and this makes me nauseous to think about.
