Reasons why Gene Chizik's Chin Should be allowed on the BearRant
1- I will call it the RebelRant or other variations supported by fellow Ole Miss board members and never make Blackbear jokes on here again (can't control the real life though)
2-I am not obsessed with OM so my posts on the Ole Miss Board will only be revolving around questions about recruits Ole Miss is going after that are of interest, football strategy of the Rebels and other sports talk. I usually post fair realistic interpretations of situations and don't flame other fanbases unless the poster is a dumbass
3-I don't have a history of flaming Ole Miss and support the FlipZilla (mostly because frick State) also because I love classic meltdowns
4-My little sister is going to Ole Miss and I support my siblings schools when they aren't facing AU. Also my roommate is a huge Miss St fan and I enjoy rooting for Ole Miss just to be a dick
5- I will change my logo to Ole Miss for approximately 1 month/when I remember to change it as well as attempt to make a cool but hastily made avi of splitting Malzahn and Freezus' face with the tagline "Gods of the Spread"
Honestly, if I am not chosen, I won't be too upset but I figured I would fill out my application. Like Vegas, can't get herpes if you don't have sex with a dirty stripper.

You should sport the Col Reb logo anyway because it is the most pimp logo available.

Oh really? You sure about that? I give and take just like we all do. If I talk shite it is all in good fun. When it all boils down we are all just people and we can't take ourselves too seriously or we'd go nuts. Sure I like to talk shite every now and then but I assure you I'm not a bad guy. The day I got back from Jacksonville this year I got sick with the flu and was in the bed for over a week. Well I spent a good bit of time online and one day when I lurked over on the OMRant I read about one of your own that was going through a hard time and though he had tickets to the Compass Bowl was not going to be able to take his kids to the game. He was recently divorced and had 2 small kids, money was tight. I went through something very similar with my ex-wife so I know what it's like. I wanted to reply to that thread and offer some help but I couldn't post there. I managed to get in touch with him but it took a little digging to do so. I sent him $50 to help him make it to the game.
But yeah, I just like to bash OM.

There's a difference in bashing and not getting a hard on like the rest of the SECr does.Congrats on not sucking this past football season but I am still not sold on them being much better. This past season was all about momentum for OM. They didn't really have a great win per se. They benefited greatly by beating a down AU and Ark. Had either of those teams been worth a shite then it could have changed the season dramatically. That's not bashing just being a realist.
eta: and yes the same could be said for MSU

The name is a joke name I made to piss my brother off on genespage years ago. If any of you think I made it because I actually give 2 shits about OM then I'm sorry to ruin your day but I really dgaf. When I signed up here I used this name but after a few people kept getting hung up on it I requested a change. Chicken came in the help thread and threw his 2 cents in and I smarted off to him like a boss. I'm surprised I didn't get banned for that.
