His mama had 2 kittens, him being 1. We've been half-assed feeding them but it was COLD last night (feels like 6°)
Should I keep 'em? If so, what is their name?

Hell yes, that's a cute one. Besides, since you've been feeding him, the deal is already done, you just don't know it yet.
He was probably sleeping underneath the porch in leaf detritus to stay warm. If you keep him an indoor/outdoor cat, he's going to wreck shop on critters moving around in those leaves.

I lived in Louisville KY
had a favorite Chinese restaurant down the road - their chicken fried rice was my favorite

So I had the genius idea to use one of our Styrofoam coolers as a little house for them. It has a sealable lid that I cut a small hole in. Plus, it's insulated!
