Thank you. I believe this is where the, "divide and conquer" strategy proved most effective. Ultimately people forget the natural resources available in Africa and the role that plays in the Countries continuing struggles. If you keep the people fighting amongst themselves they will not notice when you rape their continent for people, gold, diamonds, ect. This entry from Wikipedia sums it up nicely
