Tennessee River setting records

Just saw on Huntsville news that the Tennessee River here in the Shoals area will crest at it's highest point since the dams were built. I know everything close to the river or any creeks here is under water with several road closures. Yall be safe out there.

Yep. This has been a really bad one. The soil was so inundated from previous storms there was nowhere for the water to go but up.

Northeast Alabama is flooded pretty bad. The creeks look like rivers right now. Awful.

Drove by the Tennessee in Chattanooga this weekend. Don't know if I have ever seen it like that.

I have driven between Fort Payne and Gadsden more times than I can count. I looked off the interstate and there were huge lakes where there has never been water before.
