As the world turns this gets creepier by the day.
How anybody could even look at someone who you changed diapers on in a sexual way is just sick and bizarre, then it's pure evil when you take it to the next level.
I'm not saying he's guilty and he will assuredly have his day in court, but I would unfriend him on facebook at this point.
