Sup frickers.
I'm planning a spring break trip from some of my college aged friends and me and needed some advice.
Essentially Air BnB is the only way I can think of right now to get around the "must be 25 to rent" policy. Do any of you have an experience with renting properties on the gulf coast? We're looking into Destin and around there. We're all 21. The 25 years old policy is just causing some trip ups at the moment.

You'll have to find someone 25 or older to rent it for you. But they'd be on the hook for any damage.
Hotels typically don't require 25 year olds

That's what we figured. Didn't know if there were any college friendly renting options though.

We rented a condo in PCB a few years ago as under 25s. But they didn't have a key that we had to go pick up, we just had a code to get in. No checkin or checkout so they never knew the difference

Are you sure you're not 14?

Your best bet is going Airbnb or VRBO and convincing the owners to let you rent. It'll be tough but if you cast a wide net, you'll find a place
