Did you complete any from last January?
My resolution last January 1st was not to carry or use cash. I made it through the year without using cash but I kept some 20s in my wallet just in case. I guess that's a partial completion.
This year we resolved to cut the cord to cable or satellite TV. We closed the DirecTV account today. I'm already in withdrawal but I think it will be okay after a couple of weeks.

New Years resolutions are dumb. Congrats on terminating Directv. Those frickers are extremely hard to get to close an account.

They're dumb only in the sense that people attach more importance to them than to resolutions of any other type. They're just traditional.
I got a newby at DTV who was trying to get me to remain a customer. After 3 questions from him I said that no questions he could ask are relevant to my request and he caved.
He turned off the service without any more comment.

I've never made one, but I think this year I'm going to be better with money and lose weight... Last year was a terrible year on both of those categories.
