We talking the world or America?

If America, we all know the answer is Mobile, AL.

you already did your time eating MREs. frick all that.
They aren't that bad. Chili Mac, Beef Stew, and the Tex Mex stuff can be made into delicious meals.

I bet there are still turds of mine from Hurricane Helene still in our septic tank tho.

Speaking of... eating nothing but MREs for 10 days followed by drinking almost a case of beer = absolute mud butt.

My first and only Mardis Gras was in Mobile in 2016. Had a blast.

Worked a few days in Mobile then spent the rest of the week in North Carolina. Snacked on Moon Pies the rest of the trip that I got at the MG parade.

It's a decent Mardi Gras. Never trashy.

Hell, we had nuns at ours.

Of course they were drinking Meister Brau.

A good time had by all.

Yeah, that was copied and pasted from their merch, which is weird considering it's a brewery that's located in Alabama.

Of course most brewmasters live in an on-site van and know more about beard maintenance than they do about the outside world, so idk.

Doing some further research, this place actually filed for Chapter 11 in 2024, so it's possible it's now owned by Yankees who think we're all idiots.

They probably live in Ohio.

This is also one of the national drinks of Chicagoland, the other being Old Style beer.

Must have been the migrant wave of the last century from Southern folks crossing the Ohio Ocean looking for jobs.

Oh man, having never seen it before I'm slowly watching the American version of Shameless (which takes place in Chicago), and that's the beer Frank drinks.

I honestly had no idea it was real.

So many beers I grew up were real but are no longer made.

Texas beers were good before the 1980's

Pearl Beer was cheap by the cases and excellent road trip beer.

Lots of good beers went to crap when junk bonds and private equity came to power.

Pre 1980's

Keg = Good
Can = Not so good

How is became the beer of the Hipsters is beyond my pay grade.

Not sure why I can not find the official video, best I could do.
