What a horrible way to wage war. Wait until the right time, separate an officer from the herd, and then kill him. But that was what they had to do back then. They were fighting against a regime that was stuffing people into gas chambers.

Same thing snipers do. These girls were cold blooded killers doing a job. Guaranteed if the Nazis had caught them, the death they would have received would have been unspeakable.
