Question for Masters enthusiasts

I have hit the promised land. My number was called when it came time for this years lotto. I have 2 Tickets for Friday in Augusta. I also am newly married, attempting to crawl out of debt, and am from Augusta so I've seen the land of milk and honey first hand already.
Right now on stub hub a single ticket for just the friday round is going for $1300-$1400. Seems a little extreme but I'm all about that. Also, my mom's boss rents his house out on the river for the week and has inquired as to whether I would be willing to sell him my tix so he can do some sort of package deal.
Here's the question: If you were looking to rent a house in Augusta for the Masters, how much more would you be willing to pay for that house if it came with tickets to the Tournament, none of this practice round bull, than you would a house where you had to find your own tix?

I'll give ya tree fitty.
Seriously: get on VRBO and AirBnB and see what the rent late is. Combine that price with the price of the ticket, and presto! Price established. Lower the price a little for the combo deal.
However, you're going to have a problem getting rid of just 1 ticket. So, again, I'll give ya tree fitty.

How serious is ANGC against selling the tickets for a markup? I know it is frowned upon by them, but are for the most part helpless in trying to stop it.
But, if they can figure out whose house is renting for the week and who is throwing in a pair of tickets with it, who knows?
The houses typically rent to many golf patrons, like a dozen or so people, correct? I'm not sure how much a pair of Friday tickets adds to your overall price of the house rental.
I'd just sell them separately.
