It's funny, I try to explain that DL 550+ (I'm old, forgive me for weakness) pushes my blood pressure north of 400 systolic when I'm pushing against the belt, but they're concerned about something less than half that.
On the "vax" subject, if your doctor is associated with a hospital association, their hands are tied, unless they want to cut ties with the association (In Houston, think Memorial Hermann, etc.) In Texas, there is an association of unaffiliated doctors, but they also don't respond when you ask them questions if you're trying to find a new PCP.

I just doubt the claim that it helped you.
my brother just had a heart clot - 5 years younger than me and lives a much healthier lifestyle
he’s had the shot and several boosters
I’m thankful I was able to keep that rat poison away from my kids
