Come talk to me in may/june
I like the Spurs but this is a new season. Portland now sits as best in the league
PS: If we lose in the playoffs, I'll be rooting for Duncan to get his 5th

how about damian liilard?!?!?!?!
now i never really cared for NBA basketball. I played in high school, was pretty good, played college intramural.
I then spent a summer interning in Portland and man, those people love the Blazers. I went to some of the off season events and really got into them. Been a Blazers fan since.
Call me bandwagon or whatever but I got 2 bradon roy autographed jersys just sitting in my closet gatherin dust while I rock my #12 every game night.
Now Wesley Matthews is an underrated player in my opinion. The guy is shooting about 50% from the arc. 50%. Thats fricking insane!! He is a solid player that can shoot lights out.
Damian Lillard is such a good scouring point guard, and yes his defense has improved but it still needs a lot of work. I also feel like he can be a little bit selfish with the ball. Takes a LOT of deep 3s.
Last thing, can anyone stop the Lillard Aldridge Pick and Roll?

You dont make noise in the regular season. You need to get past the first series to be considered making noise. The Hawks found that out when they loaded up with Mookie, Smith, Laettner, and crew.
The Lakers made noise in the first round last season also, packing their bags up and going home after a sweep.

Yes but the lakers underperformed all last season and everyone expected them to be bad in the playoffs. The hawks did not have any key signature wins.
The trailblazers are first in the NBA with wins over the pacers, the thunder, the rockets, the spurs, and the warriors. In case you did not know, the pacers are first in the east, the spurs rockets thunder and warrior dominate the 2-6 slots of the west

Win a series and act like a big boy then talk. Until then forget about it. Know the role and understand it a JJ world and you are just happy to be there.
Also if the Blazers do get matched with Lob Angeles in a second Round be afraid. The real tennants of Staples will win that series, theyre starting to figure out how to play defense and have the guys to match up with LaMarcus and Lillard.

I'm hoping Jrue will start to settle into the new offense and become our #1 or #2 scorer. Dude has silky smooth handles. Love his game. Him and the Brow will make a very potent duo, offensively and defensively
If we can keep them on the team long enough..
