The front office and Hollins disagreed on everything. Lionel especially disliked John Hollinger.

in all seriousness, that sucks about what happened with lionel. he was a great coach

I hate that it went down the way it did but the new ownership wanted to go in a different direction. His defensive schemes were good but his offense was just abysmal.

Joeger has ran the defense the past 4 or 5 years

Lionel had a hand in it too. He just wasn't a good coach. When Keyon fricking Dooling was playing in the WCF I knew he was gone.

We welcomed them to the playoffs with a sweep in '04
