Another team to worry about IMO is the Wolves. They will have the G, F, and if they get a decent C they will be in business. They have almost everything right now.

As far as up and comers in the West go, the Blazers and the T-Wolves concern me the most.

Congrats to whoever drafts this guy late in the 1st

I'm not sure if I want us to win tonight to distance ourselves, or lose so the grizz have more of a chance at disrupting thunder...

Aint happening. Sorry but the subletters are not getting that guy. They may get Darnell Love from Indiana State Tech-Gary/Fort Wayne/Santa Claus.

Tony Parker is a cheat code.
Grizz have already f'd up 2 fast break lay ups off of steals. Can't do that against the Spurs.
Tony Allen in the starting lineup and causing havoc early.
eta: Spurs on fire so far; Grizz 4-19 so far

Welp this game is over. Sweet 10 point quarter Grizz.

Tony Parker has left the game with back spasms.

Kahwi Leonard has not missed yet. He hit a 3 to put the Spurs up 16 at the half.
Grizz cut it to 6 with 3 minutes, but couldn't finish the quarter strongly.

Pop hates us.
Tried to give us a break by making Tony Parker fake spasms.
Didn't help a lot.

Someone on twitter posted Zbo's stats against the Spurs since that 2011 playoff series and they are painful to look at.
Pop figured Zach out.

See, y'all should have just let that '11 series be the formality it was supposed to be, then y'all could have ambushed us last year and gone to the Finals.
Instead, y'all got Pop's attention.
Ya fricked up

I didn't watch the game tonight, but this doesn't knock y'all out of the playoff race, does it? I'm still holding out hope that y'all draw OKC in round 1.

PHX beating OKC was terrible for the Grizz tonight.
At this point though I would kind of be fine with a lottery pick instead of just getting knocked out by y'all in the 1st round.
Two possible scenarios IMO:
- Fall to 9th and get the 14th pick
- Draft a quality small forward (James Young or Nick Stauskas hopefully)
- Resign Zbo
I prefer this one because this is still a 50+ win team IMO that just had some extremely poor luck with injuries this year. This is still the best roster in Grizzlies history.
or
- Get the 8 seed and probably get swept
- End up with like the 21st pick

That's actually not a bad propostion. Like you said, this is not a bad team at all. If y'all hadn't been snakebit by injury I truly believe y'all are in the hunt for the 5th seed at worst, tbh.

If it's against SA, I'm thinking it's a 5 gamer.
