Could've sworn the game didn't start until 7:30.
If Tayshaun keeps getting 25+ minutes we can probably kiss the season good bye.

Mike came in for him like 4 minutes in.

Yeah I've got it on now.
Chris Vernon went through some lineup analysis yesterday and apparently the Lee/TA lineup is outrageously good together. Must be our secret weapon for the playoffs because I still can't quite figure out why they aren't playing together.
I'm fine with Tayshaun being a honorary starter, but he should not get 29 minutes like he did against Denver. Especially with Tony Allen healthy.
eta: Zbo missing gimmies

I was there!!!
I sat at the top of section 121 (like row 34 seat 14), but at about the 6 minute mark about 75% of the stadium left. So I ventured down to row 2 seat 3 (yes, I remember specifically). When green tied up the game, well actually when Leonard made it a five point game, the stadium cheered so loud it was like the 12th man condensed into a 19,000 capacity stadium. I was actually right in front of the defensive possession in which curry was stopped for like 20 seconds straight. It felt like an hour, but when the clock hit 0 the stadium exploded, even though there were only about 7,000 left. The crowd intensity continued all the way through the first ot. At the end of that, I decided to be bold and creep down into the bottom level (I felt pretty bad arse). I had to find a section where the host wasn't paying attention, which happened to be on the other side of the court diagonally. I got all the way up to the 7th row!! The intensity continued, and we all suffered a collected heartbreak when they hit that layup with 3 seconds left. I remember being pissed at Gino the whole game, and was actually really pissed when it was initially inbounded to him. Boy was I wrong. I was about 30 feet away from him when he winded up for his shot. Time slowed to a where every tenth of a second was a second, which is an extraordinarily long time to watch a shot hit bottom. I literally lost my voice for a week because of that shot. I honestly didn't have a great view of jack missing, but that was by far and can never be topped the best game of my life.

I'm not convinced this team even wants to make the playoffs

Turned it off. This team is playing with zero effort right now and I can't understand it at all. The defense this team has been known for the past 3 years has just disappeared.

fricking Kent Bazemore. And I was livid with Manu for taking that deep three early in the shot clock the possession before

Watching on television, I saw the instant Manu popped open, and I was like "my God, he's gonna shoot it!"
Was yelling so loud when he splashed that shite, the neighbors were calling my wife and asking her if I was ok

What the hell is happening to y'all?

Posted on 4/2/14 at 9:44 pm to TbirdSpur2010
Same thing that has happened for the past few years. Our offense disappears.

It wasn't the offense tonight. Defense has been dreadful. We've given up 100+ in our 3 losses this trip.
Rotations make zero sense. Bench cut it to 9 in the 4th, Joeger went to the starters and it went back to 14-16 and never got closer.

I don't understand it.
And I hate it for y'all. Memphis in the playoffs is good for the NBA.

Only scoring 88 is inexcusable but I agree the defense hasn't been up to our usual standard on this trip. Still in most of our losses we averaged in the high 80s in points and that's bad mkay

I agree, but we used to be able to win while scoring 88

Minnesota wasn't even guarding Tayshaun. At least when teams do that to Tony he can slash, handle the ball, and get offensive rebounds.

That's because Tayshaun died two years ago and they've been tying him to Marc and Zach like weekend at Bernie's

He is still one of my all-time favorite Kentucky players. Why can't he fall apart somewhere else. I hate hating him so much right now.
Our contender window is closing and he gets like 75% of the blame for that.
