Former NASA employee, Josiah Zayner is a scientist who became the first known person to have edited his own DNA in an effort to make himself superhuman. Joining Richard Syrett he'll discuss how he used a special tool to remove the protein myostatin from an area in his forearm, and why he live-streamed the process on his blog, claiming that this was the second time he had genetically modified himself. First-hour guest, Mike Lindell the inventor of the popular MyPillow, tells his rags-to-riches story.

First-hour guest, Mike Lindell, the inventor of the popular MyPillow, told his rags-to-riches story of being addicted to crack before getting his life together and founding a multi-million dollar company. Lindell says his life's die was cast when he was fired multiple times from a job a grocery store for "wanting to do things my way." He tried to start multiple businesses with varying degrees of success before hitting bottom in 2008 when he didn’t sleep for two weeks because of his drug habit. While this was going on, he was still building the pillow business. Lindell said that on January 13, 2009, he prayed to wake up without a desire for drugs or alcohol and it worked for him. Since then, he has also become a motivational speaker and philanthropist.

Joining Richard Syrett, he discussed how he used a special tool to remove the protein myostatin from an area in his forearm, and why he live-streamed the process on his blog, claiming that this was the second time he had genetically modified himself. Zayner learned about CRISPR DNA editing when he was working at NASA, and decided to perform experiments on himself because of legal and ethical restrictions, saying that he "can’t morally experiment on other people, so I end up having to do these experiments on myself."

quote:

He was first able to implant genetic material from a jellyfish into his arm, saying humorously that he was "the first human/ jellyfish hybrid." When he detected that the test had been successful, he attempted to cure himself of a gastrointestinal disorder by ingesting healthy bioflora from another person, while sequencing DNA to use in his own body. This too, was successful. Since, as he quipped, "not everybody has had a positive experience with genetics" he hopes to someday use his skills to engineer his sense of smell, which he has been missing from birth. Zayner has also been selling home DNA kits so that anyone can do limited genetic experiments. He claims that his company The Odin, has sold "tens of thousands" of these units. As for those who are concerned that unsupervised genetic experimentation could end in disaster, Zayner says that the amount of damage that could be done at this level is not any more serious than most environmental factors we encounter on a normal basis.

The last hour featured Open Lines. Jeff called from California to tell a scary tale of an apparent chupacabra murder. He said that he met a woman who told him of a couple who went camping in a remote area in the mountains. He woke up in the middle of the night to find that his girlfriend was missing her head and a chupacabra-type creature was nearby. He led police to the site, but was quickly arrested for murder. Darren in Hawaii talked about yesterday’s false "incoming missile" alert, which terrified residents all over the state when it showed up on their phones. He pointed out that the place where the alerts were sent is "a very cramped area" which would have made it easier for a technician to push the wrong button, which is what officials claim was the cause.

quote:

In the first half, author and researcher Robert Felix discussed the cold weather currently experienced in parts of the US, and how it ties in with his research of a coming ice age. There are repeated cycles of ice ages that show up in the geological records, he reported, and these include the Solar Retrograde Cycle (every 180 years), the Little Ice Age cycle (every 360 years, related to minimal sunspots), the Milankovitch Cycle (every 11,500 years), and the Orbital Stretch (every 105,000 years). "The problem that I see today," he said, "is that everyone one of those cycles is due to hit."

quote:

There's nothing humans can do to stop it (he views the theory of global warming as a hoax or a fraud), as these are all natural cycles. Ice ages can come on rather quickly, he pointed out-- in the last 250,000 years every age began in less than 20 years, going from temperatures we have today to glacial severity. Yet, the cold, snow, and ice decrease as you move further south, he detailed, such that "Florida was only three degrees colder than it is right now," in the last ice age. Food production and farming could be heavily impacted by a colder climate, he warned. He also talked about how ice ages can be triggered by magnetic reversals (a change in the Earth's magnetic field), as well as how many glaciers are growing rather than melting.

quote:

Gary Wayne is a Christian contrarian who has conducted over 30 years of research, encompassing not only Bible prophecy, but Gnostic scriptures, the Bhagavad Gita, Gilgamesh, and other ancient epics. In the latter half, he shared discoveries of hidden history and strange beings, as well as put forth his view that the descendants of the Nephilim (giants) bloodline are plotting to enslave humanity. As prophesied in the Bible, secret societies are working to bring about a one-world government, and install the Antichrist as a world leader, he believes.

quote:

According to his cross-cultural research, the giants that once roamed the Earth were 20 to 40 ft. tall, but later giants described in the Bible such as Goliath were probably between 9 and 14ft. tall, and very stocky in build. A branch of the giants were said to have red hair, and after the Great Flood, there is evidence that some migrated to the Americas, he noted. Outside of biblical records, there are accounts of all sorts of beings created before the Flood, he explained, including fairies and elementals-- some of these were said to abduct people, in tales that resemble modern reports of alien abduction.

First Half: Author John Hogue returns to update his prophecy alarm. He'll share his analysis of the quatrains of the great sixteenth-century prophet Nostradamus and what 2018 looks like including such topics as the mid-term election, Trump, Oprah Winfrey's astrological chart in terms of being a presidential candidate, cryptocurrency, and the La Nina weather cycle.

quote:

Second Half: Scholar and expert on Sherlock Holmes and Dracula, Leslie S. Klinger celebrates 2018 as the 200th anniversary of the publication of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein, and its undeniable status as one of the most influential works of fiction ever written, cutting across the realms of science-fiction, film history, and popular culture.

quote:

In the first half, author John Hogue returned with prophecy updates, and shared what he sees in store for 2018. He defined the new year with the word "acceleration," suggesting that we should expect to see various trends advance, such as the #metoo movement, which could empower women, if it doesn't turn into a witch hunt. Looking at President Trump's astrology, Hogue noted he was born with Uranus over his sun in Gemini, which makes him continually surprising, but his chart as compared with America's, suggests he will either fail or succeed based on how he handles turning the economy around. Wall Street, he added, is going higher and higher (stocks may reach $40,000), but this doesn't reflect the real economy.

quote:

Hogue has also looked at the astrological chart of possible presidential candidate Oprah Winfrey. As a fellow celebrity who can harness the emotions of the populace, she could beat Trump at his own game, and astrologically she brings an independent optimism to the table, with a karmic echo of FDR, he said. Climate-wise, Hogue views the current cold snap as part of global warming which contributes to extremes in temperatures, with the La Nina weather cycle pointing to a possible heavy upcoming season of tornadoes and hurricanes. Considering Nostradamus prophecies, and his own insights, he named Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who's been an instigator of the brutal war against Yemen, as a possible candidate to be the Antichrist.

quote:

In the latter half, scholar and expert on Sherlock Holmes and Dracula, Leslie S. Klinger celebrated 2018 as the 200th anniversary of the publication of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein, and its undeniable status as one of the most influential works of fiction, cutting across the realms of science-fiction, film history, and popular culture. Shelley, at just age 19, along with writers Percy Shelley, Lord Byron, and John Polidori took part in a competition to see who could write the best ghost story, and Frankenstein was born out of this effort. Her novel, Klinger noted, actually explored the theme of personal responsibility and parenting as opposed to the idea of science run amok that most people associate with the story from the various film adaptations.

quote:

In 1831, Mary Shelley published a revised edition of Frankenstein, which portrayed Victor Frankenstein (the creator of the monster) as a more sympathetic character. In addition to his recent annotated versionof Frankenstein, which includes around 1,000 notes of information and historical context, Klinger has done an annotated edition of Watchmen, the popular graphic novel by Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons, which references historical details from the Cold War and Nixon era, though it has its own alternative timeline. He also talked about such writers as Edgar Allan Poe, H.P. Lovecraft, Stephen King, and the character of Sherlock Holmes.

"Year of acceleration" yea that's been true every year of history ever. Every year is just a continuation of the year before it.

I need to become a psychic/prophet. BROAD GENERAL STATEMENTS THAT I CAN CLAIM TO BE TRUE AFTER THE FACT. pffffffffft

Sounds to me like she is incorrect. I think the ouija board is a channeling tool. Big difference, and I don't suggest playing with those things without knowing what you're doing and taking precautions.

If used too much they can impair cognitive function and produce what we call third eye artefacting.

ETA' Essentially they can drive you insane.

quote:

In the first half, author Karen A. Dahlman discussed the mystique of the Ouija board and how it's a tool that gives users permission to communicate with the unseen dimensions. Ouija, which is a trademarked name is also known as a talking board or spirit board and the device dates back to the 1800s. Interestingly, a 'Witch Board,' produced in 1886, was given to President Grover Cleveland as a wedding gift, she reported. The boards themselves are neutral and have no special powers, she said, but they can serve as a conduit to the user, connecting them with the gifts they already have in communicating with other realms. She countered the notion that evil is associated with the Ouija board. Still, she cautioned that people should use the board respectfully, and be in a neutral or elevated mindset rather than a negative state.

quote:

As an experiment, Dahlman and a second person used the board blindfolded, with a third person transcribing the letters. The planchette moved around quickly and spelled out a healing message to a witness in the room named Layla, from her deceased sister. Dahlman did not even know that Layla had a dead sister at the time. The vast majority of her communications, she added, are with sentient beings such as angels and guides, rather than departed spirits. She also has interactions with celestial and interdimensional beings that curiously, view us as the "extraterrestrials."

quote:

In the latter half, researcher and paranormal investigator Rosemary Ellen Guiley talked about different types of dreams and their interpretations. When it comes to prophetic or precognitive dreams, the dreaming mind, she noted, is not bound by time, and can pick up on forces that are shaping events. This type of dream could be seen as a forewarning or preparation, she added. Signal dreams tend to occur when someone is wrestling with a difficult decision or dilemma and offer clarity or solutions that come in the form of a symbol. "We can incubate these kinds of dreams," she said, "by setting an intention before we go to sleep."

quote:

When looking at interpretation, dreams are saying something symbolically about what is going on in an individual's life, and may address unresolved issues, she cited, while nightmares can function as a kind of warning or alarm bell about imbalances or problems. The symbols that our dreams use, she explained, come from what we have visually experienced such as from TV, movies, and our own life experiences. It is possible to receive actual visits from the deceased in one's dreams, Guiley suggested, as dreaming consciousness puts one in a kind of bridge world, where it's easier to make contact with the dead.

A friend and I got drunk one night and used one. It was about a month after his grandfather passed and his grandmother was convinced he was around because she could smell the distinct scent of his Viceroy cigarettes when she would get ready for bed every night. Anyway, we used to drink beer there in high school and his grandfather would sit and drink a few before heading off to bed. He would always tell us to throw our cans away. We would build a huge beeramid instead and he’d knock it over in the mornings before yelling at us to wake up and clean it before he had us help him with whatever project he had going on. Usually he would just make something up unless yardwork needed to be done. He enjoyed having us all around and got a laugh with his buddies about his grandson and his dumbass friends so he was never really angry with us. When we played with the board, we didn’t get any response at all. We tossed it aside as a gimmicky trick for people easily fooled. That morning we woke up to our beeramid crashing to the floor and cans in the kitchen everywhere. We picked them up and cut the grass True story. His grandmother is still alive and still smells those Viceroy cigarettes.

Corey Goode is identified as an intuitive empath (IE) with precognitive abilities. He says he was assigned to an IE support role for a rotating Earth Delegate Seat (shared by secret earth government groups) in a "human-type" ET Super Federation Council. He joined guest host Jimmy Church (email) to report on disclosure, a secret Mayan space program, and a current war waged in space.

quote:

According to Goode, a partial disclosure narrative is rolling out from the powers-that-be with the announcement of the Pentagon's mysterious UFO program. He identified a disclosure battle taking place between opposing sides. "We have elements that want to use disclosure as a way to distract us from a lot of the corruption that's going to be revealed... it's pretty significant," Goode said. He commented on the war in space and battle taking place in near-Earth orbit involving the military industrial complex and other groups trying to prevent World War 3. "We definitely have heroes in harm's way at this moment," Goode added.

quote:

He recalled the day he was pulled into a chaotic scene aboard a Mayan space vessel that he described as a stone cylinder. The Mayans had stone technological devices and were engaged in a fight against a reptilian being within a containment field, Goode revealed. The reptilian being was six-and-half feet tall, had a slightly elongated head, olive green skin with tiny scales, and all other features looked human, he remembered. "I'd never seen a being like this," he noted.

quote:

Goode disclosed details about the time he had to speak while at the Super Federation Space Station located in a temporal anomaly outside of Jupiter's orbit. He detailed the process of interfacing with the space station and letting it know he was ready to speak. "A large amount of what I said I really didn't understand," he admitted. Goode also talked about how humanity has been manipulated genetically and spiritually over eons as part of 22 different genetic programs overseen by the Super Federation. The ultimate goal is get the human race to the point of self-management, Goode announced, adding "we are graduated."

The last 90 minutes of the program was devoted to Open Lines.

First Half: Earl Mindell RPh, PhD, is a registered pharmacist, master herbalist, and award-winning author of over twenty best-selling books. In the first half, he will discuss hemp, a close relative of marijuana, but with very little THC, the substance responsible for marijuana’s highs and a lot more CBD, the compound responsible for effectively treating dozens of disorders. He will also cover the unfortunate fact that the U.S. government, which holds the patent for CBD specifically because of its healing abilities, has unfairly classified hemp as a Class 1 drug, thereby banning people in the United States from growing it commercially.

Second Half: Jeff Belanger is obsessed with the unexplained and leads a very haunted life. He has been fascinated with the supernatural since age ten, and over the years, he's interviewed hundreds of people about their experiences. He'll share nightmares and frightening legends from New England folklore including Fingernail Freddy, Hot Shot Charlie, and the haunted Ramtail Factory.
