Does not matter
The Man jacks up what things cost more than what he pays me to work.
I am losing ground as I age.

This is why democracy sucks.
51% of the people are for some reason allowed to say you must take the product of your labor and efforts so that we can take those resources, send them overseas for the purpose of death and destruction.
Only even worse, it's done as debt which causes inflation increasing the costs of goods, which hurts the poor and those on fixed income more than anyone because the prices go up, but their income does not. They just have less.
And for some reason we just all accept that it's fine and there is nothing wrong with it?
WTF.
I don't give a damn how many people "voted for this", people should not have the right to take your resources, government or otherwise, and use them for whatever the frick they tell people is "for the good".
It's just slavery with a smile. Especially when you have a media who brainwash the frick outta people and the illusion of choice between 2 parties that have the same fricking owners.
Why don't they just start a go fund me? Because the only way they can force people to do it is with the government who will imprison and/or kill anyone who doesn't go along.
Such a bullshite system and everyone is like - yeah, it's fine. The frick it is.

Not even a smile
As the resident old guy it started with the oil shocks of the 70's and the massive transfer of wealth from American industry to global energy producers.
Starting with Regan in 1980, no POTUS has nutted up and stood for the taxpayers against MBA's, private equity, and beltway profiteers in DC.
It is a game ...
Talk about raising minimum wage for 5 to 10 years.
During that time corporate monarchies raise cost to live
Actually raise minimum wage but it is already outdistanced by cost of living cost
Average Americans actually lose real purchasing power based obi their actual wages and a few at the top get even richer. Then each party blames the other and nothing gets fixed.

Wage Slavery is the New Age Slavery staring with the 1980 election

Well said Cheese. Working people should be like the rich and look out for their economic interests. No reason the wealthy cannot pay a living wage.
