Me and the SO started yesterday since they've finished renovating the workout room in the apartment clubhouse.
I'm a little sore today. Did upper body and doing legs today.
ETA: Does anyone suggest a good app for tracking sets/reps?

Keep it up. Set little goals for yourself and keep grinding!

Started at 180 lbs at the beginning of the year at 22% bf (gained some weight after graduating and being less active athletically).
3 months later, I'm 190 lbs and just measured at 17%! I just kicked the workout into overdrive and am doing 45 minutes of cardio/planks in the morning and hitting my weight routine at night! Hope to be 14-15% by May!

My poor legs are so sore today. Downloaded the JEFIT app to track my reps and sets. It's pretty awesome. You can create your own user workouts or use others created by other users or JEFIT themselves.

I've heard good things about this.
Not really a fitness app kinda guy (I build my own workouts), but I think wifey might go for something like that.

Spur what running shoes are you using?
My Pegasus are shot
I can't wear NB Brooks Saucony they're too wide and heavy for my feet and their cushioning hurts my knees
Also any pronation control can't use as it makes my foot supinate even more

I can't distance run anymore. Main reason Uncle Sam gave me my walkin' papers
When I could, though, my favorites were NB. Probably because I have wide feet, and their trail runners, while heavy, were sturdy enough to keep my ankles from rolling.
Pegasus are great, though. Used to wear 'em in high school. Guess they discontinued that line?
Aggiebelle usually goes for Nike running kicks, but doesn't have a particular brand. I stick with Nike when it comes to basketball shoes, so my bias would tell you to go with something along the Nike lines.

I have a race this weekend, so I'm not doing anymore long runs this week. I tried a challenge that some facebook friends are doing: see how far you can go on a treadmill in 15 minutes at 15 degree (max) incline. I got 1.4 miles. Not a fast pace, but 15 degrees is rougher than I thought it would be.

Wedding-body training starts on Monday! Getting married in June and need to drop 15-20. I've slowly gained 30 pounds back after losing close to 50 a few years ago. I'm back up to 215 (little over 6 feet tall). Gotta obtain consistency with my nutrition and cardio. Can't be the fatty at the resort on my honemymoon
