There are a lot of form of freedom of speech that I think are inappropriate to down right wrong, however it is protected speech and they have a right to it.

My question is, have any of them articulated what it is they are protesting and what changes they wish to see? Are they protesting the nation, the flag, the anthem, or what exactly? I guess if they really want to make a difference and for this protest to mean something, they should put some time, thought and effort into logical analysis and articulation. Otherwise, it only appears to be a fad and can't be taken seriously.

There's definitely not enough fair minded people telling other people to go frick themselves without trying to be a troll about it.

That is bullshite. They did it because this country asks it citizens who wear the uniform to follow orders and to be used as the tip of the spear for our foreign policy. They fight and die to protect their fellow soldiers and to protect their homeland from harm. None of them have a voice on how the flag and anthem should be treated and they probably would set you straight if you disrespected either one. Freedom has a price, the problem is that too many people sit and watch as other people pay it , while they reap the benefits of that protection.

Oh, I dunno. Cops kills unnecessarily killing unarmed citizens? The President of the United States throwing his support behind Neo-Nazis? That might have a little something to do with it.

I don't understand why the owners are all of a sudden on board. They've indirectly echoed trump's sentiments by not employing Kap. It all seems to be for show.

Cobb is right. Bunch of whiners crying about bullshite. Those crybabies need to go live in Cuba and put their money where their mouths are. Kaepernick actually said Cuba treats it's people better than we do. He should go to Cuba and try that shite out. Oh, and he won't be making Millions, he'll learn to live off of 5 K a year if he is lucky. I am also done with the NFL crybabies.

Simple thomass.... divide and conquer. Oldest trick in the book. It IS all a SHOW. It's one big club and we are not in it. We're only pawns in their game. There is a method to the madness of the global cartel that runs this world. But they can't fool this ole country boy. Mama didn't raise a fool. I won't fall for it.

Now OP, take this Bullshite to Facebook!

Maybe, maybe not. People standing up for a change in society have always been met with derision. If they gave up without ever trying because it was difficult where would we be?

As long as they're not bringing harm to anyone they should continue to act according to their beliefs. To me that's what is most important to this country. Not some anthem or flag.

You simply have no clue how much of a slave you are to "them."

That's what makes them so good at what they do.

Hopefully one day, you'll figure it out. Here's a little clue to get you started though: Fractional Reserve Banking System. You are a debt slave and the system is about to completely unravel soon. Get ready

Why was no one protesting prior to this week? It's clearly motivated by Trump and his comments, which have already been echoed (albeit indirectly and less abrasive) by owners and fans. Kap was a villain if you remember. What exactly changed the owners' and players' minds? Was it because trump said SOB? Or that they should be fired for kneeling? It seems Kap is unemployed because he kneeled...

TRUMP is owned lock, stock and barrel by the International Bankers my friend. He does exactly as he is told or he is JFK'd. It's ALL a show. One big club and they ALL keep laughing all the way to the bank with our money we WORK for but they get to PRINT and distribute AT WILL to all their criminal friends around the world.

Getting the picture yet?!?!

Next step is war (Civil War here which is already starting)

This is bigger than money. These guys are still human and probably feel more obligated to stand for something because they have a large stage to showcase it.

If a school janitor took a knee during the Anthem at a Middle School game nobody would give a shite.

Its good that these guys have people discussing these issues whether their stance is right or wrong is irrelevant

Because they have to hurry and get us distracted from what's right around the corner. The NFL is a perfect platform for their "divide and conquer" strategy to get this thing kicked off. They've been trying for a while now and won't stop until they succeed. They want a Civil War BADLY.

Knock, knock....its working...

We understand the Constitution and took an oath to defend it (30 years of service for me). You said that is why they died, I was just setting you straight. The majority of the people in uniform understand freedom of speech, but they also recognize where the line is drawn. Too many people who have never worn the uniform do not know where that line is located.

Col Jessup might have been right after all.
