This right here. I'll never forget Cobi's ankles getting stomped on.

i have followed for a good while and understand the hate.

I also would much rather have the chance to face them than have them knocked out by some other team.

Honestly, in spite of the Dutch being better than Mexico -- if we were to have a chance (lucky breaks) I like it against the Netherlands than Mexico. They have been playing some inspired ball, and Holland doesn't look like they adjust to the heat very well.

your opinions are typically counter intuitive to the american spirit.

for sure, our back line is going to really have to play a whole lot better for that to happen and for us to be there at the end of the game.

- if we make it that far of course

Jorge Ramos pitching a fit in the studio. Typical mexican piece of shite whining about a clear penalty

They were playing really, really sloppy back there. I know it was against Robben and the Dutch are known for penalties, so they should have been extra careful.

No shite.

It's Robben. You know he's going to fall if you get too close to him. Don't give him a perfectly good leg to trip over. Srlsy Rafa...this is only your 4th WC. Mexico gave the ref a decision to make and after the penalties he didn't give...Mexico was asking for it.

Literally no way else to slice it. The ref was actually pretty strict about awarding it, but that last one even with the flop he clearly inhibited Robben who actually made a pretty damn good play.

Yeah, Greece just totally gifted that goal. Still gotta root for a worthy CONCACAF opponent.

Just bizarre that they were had so much heat only to sort of dwindle. I'm not afraid of playing them at all, and I'm sure Holland isn't either.

And now a second yellow to make it 11 v 10. Should be an interesting finish

This has easily been the best world cup in a long time. It'll be interesting to see Greece get further than anyone could have imagined with a bit of luck.
