I mean that's a Dukie, a motherfricking Marquette player that sent my boys out early, a Gator, and the guy who shouldn't have been playing to stop Cal from winning his first to begin with.

Can you imagine the irony if the Heat lose in similar fashion Monday night what the fans will say.

"LEBRON CAN'T DO IT ALL BY HIMSELF!!!"

I will die

I blame Spoelstra for the most part. The dude never seems to do any actual coaching or talking to the refs or anything like popovich does. He seems to just tell LeBron to go out and win the game. Never has anything but ISO drawn up for end of games.

He's made his career off of Lebron for sure. Great players can sometimes make a coach look great also.

Yes he has looked good. And I'm not even really talkin about this series. Spoelstra hasnt ever outcoached someone in a series.

Ya, I don't know if he would have made it 3 years with out LeBron.

so earlier today, my friend and i found a box of old VCR recordings. turns out this box held all the recordings that my grandma did of every NBA final game the lakers where in from 1980-2002. every single game from the 1980, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1991, 2000, 2001, and 2002 finals where all there. she wanted to watch 91 because it was essentially the passing of the torch from magic to jordan. i wanted to watch 87 because it was the best of the lakers/celtics matchups of the 80s (because of magics shot in game 4 and because i had the knowledge that this was the death blow to that horrid franchise for the next 2 decades only made it that much better) i won and this stat came up in the closing minutes of the final game 6 that i thought would be interesting to see if anybody else knew.

there are 4 nba players who have won both the NCAA championship and the NBA Finals in back to back seasons. those players are bill russell, magic, henry bibby, and who else?
