Asking me to not make fun of the lakers is like expecting me to say no to a horny Kate Upton wanting to get it on, you just can't do it

i think the better question is, if miami loses this series, which i dont think they do but just for hypotheticals, can we classify this "super friend experiment" as a failure so far. or does 2 straight finals and 1 championship mean its been a success so far

First of all, Miami makes the Finals. No question in my mind.

Second of all, they'll probably beat my Spurs, but that's why they play the game--we'll see.

Thirdly, even if they lose game 7, the "superfriends" experiment IS a success by any measure. At worst we're talking about 2 straight finals, winning one of them, and advancing deep in the ECF in their 3rd WCF. No way that's a failure in my mind.

I don't like the way the alliance was formed, but looking at it objectively here.

i agree that its been a success up to this point no matter what happens this year. but if the team falls apart after 2014, which i dont think happens but once again just speaking in hypotheticals for shits and giggles, and they fail in 2014, i do think we can classify this as a failure considering they were supposed to win 6 or 7 and they only got 1 and broke up after 4 years

I nevee said you should care, the playoffs were just a little borig this year compared to others. Lots of injuries and not a lot of exciting series. This series has been great though.

I guess if we're holding them to that impossible standard then yeah they are a failure.

Any sane person had to have understood that that "6 or 7" talk was hyperbole, though

right?

RIGHT?!

DWade is getting older and older looking every game it seems. And I don't think Bosh has super star potential either.

I think it's a fail if they don't at least win 3 as a unit. Which honestly I don't see them doing.

This happens every year, tbh. Product of a long season.

Eh, it's been about par, tbh. At one point in the semis, wasn't every single series 1-1? There have been quite a few compelling games. Again, like most playoffs.

lebron can carry them with the team he has. hell if kobe and shaq could carry the lakers to the 02 championship and back to the finals in 04, lebron can easily carry the heat for the next 3 seasons. at least thats just my opinion

I'm gonna go Bleacher Report here and predict the most off the wall shite so if it happens I can say I called it first. Indiana beats Miami handily Monday night and beats the Spurs in 7
