The triangle is based off p/r that's what's so damn sad. The concept is the same just not a literal pick to run from. They Lakers could be scary with somebody like Shabaz Muhammad or Desean Thomas, but neither will be around unless Stern pulls his draft fix again.

in a way, its all about playing a two man game, spacing, weak side movements, and passing. its similar.

thats what i said from the very beginning about shabazz

I wished coach Alford had 1 year with Shabaz he would be the top pick. Alford would teach him how to get his shot. To this day I have never seen a better shooter. I hated it when he played against us in Mgr v Coaches games.

The best thing about Curry is he doesn't take stupid shots. Danny Greene and Parker will just need to back off him next round, if they get there.

as the resident UCLA fan, i agree with this. howland couldnt teach how to run an offense to save his life. once he lost his athletic lengthy defenders and dominant rebounders, he lost control of the program. shabaz is top 3 talent who just had the wrong coach. he will be taken around 8 or 9 and he will make any team happy.

that and his release is very ray allen like. he can get his shot off in any space that he is given

This.

Curry is the purest shooter in the league, and has the handles to get any shot he wants.

Ill take Alford over Curry right now. Alford was just scary when he decided he wanted to end a game. As I said, I have never seen a guy just shoot and not miss when he was focused. Curry is a more athletic and intelligent Teddy Dupay.

Yeah about that time. He got booted for gambling. He was in range once he got near the Gator. He had incredible form. He played in the Bass Pro ToC at SMS as a SR in HS and just started raining threes because he wanted hit a shot from every letter in the front court. It said Hammons Student Center. He got Student all in fourth quarter I think.

i remember watching a gator game on ESPN when i was like 7, year 2000, and thats where i saw him going off and the name just stuck with me. i was rewatching his highlights a year or so ago and just didnt dig any further. he was the type of player you knew who wasnt going to make it in the NBA but would light it up in college

I can't wait to see the Heat play the Knicks. The Knicks have that look of a team that can be trouble for Miami.

Felton and Kidd matching up with Chalmers and Wade is great.

Anthony/LeBron and Chandler/Bosh cancel each other.

i wish indiana had more offense. they could beat miami if they had it. i love they way they play defense. they play physical and cut your court in half. thats what you have to do if you want to beat lebron.

but yes, i still think miami wins the series, but new york will give them the most trouble. new york/indiana will be a good series as well

My old roommate from A&M is from up north and is a huge Knicks fan.

REALLY wanting a Spurs/Knicks finals. Would be so fitting.

If it happens I think Timmy leaves as it completes the circle of a great career. He deserves to go out like the Admiral. I may cry if he leaves though.
