Not a bar, but for dinner, you should consider Corky's in Brentwood.

Twin Peaks in Franklin is awesome. Servers are even better looking than at Hooters. Franklin is just down I-65 from Nashville. For a more laid back experience, and still some pretty babes, try "South Street" in the Vanderbilt area.

Whatever you do, don't drop kick a port-a-potty or steal a strippers cellphone.

Tin Roof is a good call for a first time. Also hit up Red Door, it's just down the road from Demonbreun.

I'm in Nashville. What bars should I visit tonight while I'm here?

Avoid the tourist places. Go here:

Robert's Western World if you're into real country music (as opposed to that pop crap) and non-ironic cheap beer. Get the burger or the recession special (baloney sandwich and PBR). Downtown on Lower Broad.

Springwater. Dive bar near Vandy right by Centennial Park. You could literally see anything here in terms of music and local color. Go with low expectations and get food next door at Hog Heaven.

Bobby's Idle Hour. Dive bar on Music Row. Just don't piss off the regulars.

Twin Kegs. Thompson Lane near Nolensville Road. Best karaoke in town. Guaranteed good time if you go with an open mind...

Flying Saucer is pretty awesome if you really enjoy beer. Like 100 different beers on tap served by girls in slutty school girl outfits.
