This may not be popular, but my impression after visiting for a few days was that it was completely overcrowded and touristy as hell.

Mazda.
But these job number estimates are always way overblown. BRAC was supposed to bring tens of thousands of jobs and most of those folks never made it here. Toyota too back when they first opened. Never hit the original estimates.
