Been testing it out during the sobriety journey (har har I know, jerks) and it's been a pleasant surprise. I've been doing it 3 days a month for the past 3 months now.
Really makes you appreciate the things around you more. Clear head space. And obviously that has been a side effect of no alcohol for 3 months too. But micro dosing has been doing wonders for everything in my day-to-day so I'll keep you goons posted
Any one else want to chip in their 2 cents??

Some of the best come from cow pies but that shite taste is too much.
@ the other guy, not hard to get but it's definitely a certain crowd that has them lol. I'd recommend growing your own. Even edible mushrooms are fun, we've got a bag of Lion's Mane fruiting right now

I've got 3 different strains inoculating right now. Got trich on one of the bags so it's done-zo. Albino Penis Envy and Jedi Mind frick are still growing their mycelium structure.
In Ohio it's legal to buy spores because it's "research", so I got all my supplies at the local gardening center. Spent about $130 for three 5lb bags with substrate/food and 3 different syringes with spores. Not bad at all. I'm expecting to get at least 2 flushes per bag, goal is 3.

Oh yeah. You get used to it. Or you don't. The dry (and weird) sense of humor will always remain.
