Mental healthcare is so bad in the US it is why we have so many democraps.

It's really sad that we don't treat mental illness anymore because it might be embarrassing or cause a "stigma".

You can thank the Dems in the early 70s for this....and TBH it's hard to tell who's mentally ill vs. just be a SJW today.....and yes I know liberalism is a mental disorder.

Too many folks using mild to nonexistent mental health issues as a crutch or copout is what is bogging down the system, IMO. It prevents those that actually need the help from getting it.

Dealing with a family member is hell trying to get them mental health care. The system is horrible. Hopefully it improves, but most facilities are so poorly run and understaffed

My Ex tried to commit suicide. I walked into ICU and found a family friend and a Sheriff’s Deputy waiting at her bed.
She looks up and says “I may have failed taking my life, I will not fail in taking yours.”
Sheriff’s Deputy walks past and says “ All I needed to hear.”
She was “Baker Acted” the following day. (Florida);
Two week mental ward vacation.
She asked four years later …”Why did we get divorced?”
I answered with a question “Because you were nuts?”
She looks up and says “I may have failed taking my life, I will not fail in taking yours.”
