Tell me about it, my rents in Tampa and San Jose were ridiculous, nice places in NWA are in that 1,000 range and it just grates on me that there's no equity in it for me and it's cash down the drain.

Sitting in the airport manhattan bound in a couple of hours. Will report back. I am with my dad though so I don't know if I'm going to be able to sneak away to go female hunting.

It won't be anywhere near as obvious, since it's cold and they're all bundled up. But you should still be able to see countless beautiful women if you're walking around Manhattan.

explain the parking situation to me, I've turned down jobs in NYC because I'm pretty sure I can't live w/o my cars. One of my friends pays 850 a month for each of her parking spaces in her building.
850 just for rent would make me nervous.
Oh yeah and the women here are beautiful, and they come in many varieties. Don't get caught up in thinking that Manhattan=NYC, either. There's four other boroughs and most women in the city do not live in Manhattan.
