And in less than three weeks they will decide who becomes one of the two or three most powerful people on the planet. That's comforting.

This sounds like a bogus statistic. I could believe the others.

If ghosts don't have flesh and blood vocal chords, how do they create the air vibrations we interpret as human speech?

And a follow-up question... without a solid material surface for light to reflect off of, how do we collect the light through our irises and into the cornea to signal the optic nerve to our brain, which then reverses the image, for us to "see" a ghost?

For years, the Rand foundation has had a $1m reward for proof of ghosts. Nobody has claimed it.

With millions of cameras going 24/7 around the world for years and years, and still no ghosts on camera that haven't been debunked.

You know how you can tell a ghost video is fake?

Ghosts aren't real.

Gay Marriage. I don't agree with it, but I sure as frick don't agree with outlawing it. If I were gonna outlaw something it'd be marriage in general so poor gullible men stopped getting fricked over by divorce.

If 2 same gender people want to have a government recognized bond, that should be ok. But they need to call it something besides marriage. Marriage is a religious institution, not a government one, and it's definition includes "between a man and a woman." I know it is just semantics, but it does matter to all involved.

Since the whole concept of ghosts operates under the assumption that there are things that exist outside our common understanding of physics....

Once we thought the world was flat.

Once we thought life could not exist on the bottom of the ocean.

Once we thought many things that we later discovered were untrue. An accurate scientific response to the issue of ghost would not be "Ghosts aren't real" A real scientist would say, "There is no definitive evidence o ghosts."

Why?

Their marriage has no bearing on yours.

I'm assuming you haven't seen this report?
Mass Clinical Trial Fraud in China

The scientific literature has enough problems trying to replicate results that were published in good faith. I wouldn't be surprised if this sort of data manipulation/fabrication is prevalent in other research areas in China.

Additionally, in my experience, Chinese biotech companies have crap products. Half the time my lab has ordered from China the product we receive performs nothing like what the companies data shows.

Sure embryonic stem cells have promise as a therapy, but the block on work with them has opened the world of iPSC research.
