Id love to be outside playing golf but I'm in the office all day. And I'm staring moving after work too.

I need to get out on the course at some point. I was suppose to about a month ago but it rained in the afternoon on everyday i was going to go

Taking two years off has killed my shot. The other day at the range I literally had to start back at the basics using using one arm with irons and work on making contact.

db bench flat, incline and decline, plus cable fly. Then for arms I'm probably do high cable curls, one arm tricep, behind back curls, tricep push down, cable curls and overhead tricep

Overhead press machine, weighted tricep dips, dumbbell lateral raises, close grip lat pulldowns, supine pec flies, lat row machine, tricep pulldowns, dumbbell anterior lifts, ribcage pullovers, bicep curls (21s).

Three sets of each, descending from 16 to 14 to 12 reps (except for the 21s, of course).

One lap around the short track every third exercise doing arm circles.

One lap around the short track at completion carrying 50 lb dumbbells.

8 minute ab workout to finish it off.

I like to do my core work during the rest period between sets. right now I'm doing 4 sets of 12 reps

Then probably cap it off with some laps in the pool
