Beignets are full of gluten and they are also deep fried which i don't do well with because I had my gallbladder removed. I'm all old and falling apart over here, bruh.

I just saw this. I'm the exact same way, especially at night and it's been since all of my stomach issues have finally settled down somewhat.

I don’t have a gallbladder. They took it when I was mystery sick and they were like,”could fix it”

today?

Greek yogurt, granola, walnuts, banana, some b-complex open up a gel cap, with some honey and cinnamon. Big bowl that and a big Pink Lady apple with an extra thermos of coffee and it's got me to supper (now) after 7 miles of seventy degree whitewater.

Beautiful day in N.AL.

My stomach empties slowly. I have to eat small meals throughout the day.

Dumb question, but how do you know this, as in how do your symptoms present?

I also seem to do better overall with smaller, more frequent meals, but I typically prefer intermittent fasting because I just don't like to eat in the mornings.

They had me eat a cup of oats with a dye, and an hour later, they scanned my stomach to see how much I absorbed. My scan showed very little had passed through my stomach.

Some days I can't tolerate solid foods, but usually by noon I can eat.

Modern medicine lol. Did it help?

They planned on removing mine late last year, but my doctor left, and my current doctor is not sure about it.

Been really good. Thanks for asking. Had a REALLY bad reaction about a month ago and went back to the doctor. They put me on some more meds and it seems to be working. Plus, I've just avoided eating out completely.
You're welcome. Glad the meds helped. I also quit eating out except for a plain hamburger from BK a couple of times a month. I'm tempted by their fries, which I love, but I avoid the temptation.

I unintentionally lied here. I do enjoy tossing a salad here and there.

Beignets... too bad I can't eat them anymore.

That's what I say about biscuits and gravy. UC & Gluten Sensitivity is a combination that doesn't work well with a lot of breakfast options.

Day 2 question of the day.

If you could drop everything and go somewhere else, anywhere in the world, where would you go?

I would want to go somewhere warm and sunny. What’s Bora Bora like right now? Maybe there.
