I like a balsamic vinaigrette.

mix my own, a little milk, mayo, and this seasoning

Have to let it sit in fridge a couple of hours, then its ready to use. That seasoning also makes great dip, and is fantastic on fried potatoes
For the dip, my brother came up with a really great variation, to add a small packet of Goya Ham flavor, it's delicious.

You do realize that "Ranch" is short for Hidden Valley Ranch the brand and all other "Ranch" is a knockoff of that. So your whole concept is backwards.

I thought nothing could get worse than a beer snob until I opened this thread and realize there are actual salad dressing snobs.
