Lunatick, can I put salsa on polenta?


what is that orange-ish colored stuff yall put on it? with some thin sliced smoke sausage...



(ETA: re almond flour polenta, Keto, not corn meal)

How did I just so happen to check this board right now?

I have no idea about all that. I don't really frick with it. I stay with chicken, turkey, grains, nuts and fruits.

well, I was making "almond flour pancakes" and accidentally made something that's basically polenta

then I googled "almond flour polenta" and it's actually a thing, so I'm pumped


turn that damn jukebox on!!




ETA: so wait, I think the orange thing I'm talking about is some type of clam sauce with some cayenne in it... mabye

and some thin slice sausage

It'll probably depend on the salsa, but there should be keto friendly salsa out there. You just have to read the labels and make sure there isn't a bunch of sugar added.

Also you need to make sure you aren't eating too much of it.

ground turkey tacos

a little sauteed onions, green peppers, garlic, jalapenos and then add in the ground turkey and fricking Great Value taco seasoning and put it in a low carb tortilla


it's cheap and healthy and tastes awesome


some cream cheese and/or cheddar? Do it

If you’re doing Keto skip the seasoning packets and just go chili powder, cumin, red pepper flakes, salt pepper. Same tastes without the added BS
