Just how fast is "Louisiana Fast"?

Saw a commercial today that got me thinking...
Seems like an oxymoron to me as in my experience everything in Louisiana is slow as shite. Would you hire business consultants if their motto was "Mississippi Smart" or shop at a store that advertised their customer service as being "Bostonian Polite"? To me, "Louisiana Fast" means I'll be waiting 45 minutes at the drive thru.

'Louisiana' is not a modifier for 'fast' in this scenario, the slogan means you get the taste of Louisiana quickly.
