Yes. I realize one stood in front of a tank to GET civil liberties. One works in an at-risk essential position & took a stand to show even though we may give up liberty in the short-run, SACRIFICE means much more than simple demonstration.

How can you compare those two situations. The Chinese protesters at Tiananmen knew that death was a possible outcome, and anywhere from 300 to as many as 10,000 were actually killed. You somehow equate that with someone in scrubs holding up traffic for a few minutes knowing he was perfectly safe.
BTW - my son-in-law is a Lamar alum. He's a fruitcake too.

The guy on the bottom in Tiananmen Square was never heard from again. He was murdered for standing up for freedom.
The guy in the medical scrubs is a little pussy in a photo op and went to Starbucks right after this.

I'm 45 and retired. Since school has been out I usually dont even put forth the effort to find out what day it is.
But if you get my order right at Wendy's I would call you essential. Nothing worse than a burger flipper that screws up an order. Just ruins the whole evening.
