And yeah, switching up the diet is the key--you can eat your way through even the most rigorous workout routine. All I snack on now is fruit. Even when I slip from time to time, I get right back on it the next couple days.

This is exactly what I've done.
I made a list of everything I do wrong that affects me. I go through and work on changing each thing. Not all at once but little by little.
Currently working on the booze and eating better foods. Haven't consumed alcohol in 38 days. Though if I had a bottle of vodka yesterday I probally would've drowned myself in it.
