Here is a guideline for age nobody else will tell you the truth about
Youth = 0 - 32
Middle Age = 33 - 52
Old Age = 53 - 72
Really Old Age = 73 - dirt nap
Everything you think about aging, subtract 20 years so you will be less shocked and better prepared for reality. Getting old is not for sissies. We may "appear" to be living longer but it does not translate that the quality of life is longer to.
