It's his house now, brah. Grab him by the throat and force his nose in it.

In all seriousness try a thunder shirt or give him Benadryl during the day.

You could just crate him and he will let you know when he needs to go. They make several calming aids and no more marking sprays. Check your local pet retailer and ask their advice.

Hold his face in it and whip his arse with a belt every single time you come home to find shite... Every time he does it, whip him a little longer than the time before... He won't shite in the house ever again after the 4th or 5th arse whipping

Some others have said this, but to repeat...it is separation anxiety. Don't whip or put his nose in it. Get him outside as soon as you arrive home and wait long enough for him to take a dump. Hug and praise him for job well done! May have to do this for a couple of weeks to get him back to respecting the house, but will work with patience.

Obviously, you already know he needs positive attention and regular exercise. Good luck.

Something changed. Did you frick with his routine any? New people around? Less running? Etc. If you're sure it's not food related then he's fricking with you on purpose.

Start over with crate training. It's darn near fool proof and dogs really don't mind it.

I agree with crate option, but still need to let him know with praise how wonderful he is when he does his business outside.

I almost want to think he is doing it on purpose.
