This is exactly my set up. There are 4 of us who rent a 4bd/3ba house a few blocks away from Stanford campus. We pay approx $50 a month each just for electricity. It's about the same throughout the year. During summer we use the AC, and winter we use central heat. There's also gas, water, garbage, gardener once a week and maid service once a month.
Oh, and $50 a month residential parking permit.

evidently you have no fridge, water heater, freezer, fans,....etc.
I have a property without air and it is still about 80 bucks minimum....with nobody turning on a light for a month.
