Honestly I could care less. I'm by all means successful and quite happy with life and how I got here. But the dumbest thing in this thread is you being so adamant that being born white is the country is not an advantage when statistically... IT IS!

I like the free enterprise -- it's very easy to start your own business. No restrictions, no legal codes (they exist but are never enforced as long as you operate out of your own home).
Danger depends entirely on what part of the city you're in -- I had a huge thread dedicated to me living here and I may start it again if others want to ask more questions.
Danger levels go from 1 (very little) to 10 (extremely high). Only been mugged once -- which is apparently a pretty low number for these parts.

Why do they have higher numbers of university level graduates on average?

It's a two-way street. There are things I absolutely adore (free-market, women and food) and things I abhor (corruption, crime and family structure). I will, probably, live here for the rest of my life unless something drastic happens.

You could say culture, another reason may be the general demographic make up where they have a fewer percentage, many of whom are the children who immigrated here for a better life which results in a very studious mindset which works well in our system of education and employment.
But it doesn't matter because nobody is saying that this is an excuse, or that it is impossible. success stories of every race prove otherwise. However there is an advantage to being born white in this country. Meaning that coming from similar circumstances, the white person will likely have an easier time finding opportunities or paths of advancement.
I'll try an example. Two people same qualifications, good at the interview, etc. all the same are going for a job. One pulls up and the boss hears him rocking to Tom Petty or something else he listens to. The other pulls up blasting some Big KRIT - who do you think the guy will end up hiring? And it isn't a glaring hate for rap music, but that employees work so closely with one another you have to hire people with like mindsets so you don't have an HR complaint every single day, and it is natural to gravitate towards those you have similarities with.
