However, and I mean this sincerely, racism still exists and still causes harm. I suspect it will always exist, and will always cause harm. Accusing an entire race of having "privilege" is going to have the opposite of the intended effect. Don't tell me to feel guilty for my life, you don't fricking know me.

all that is true except that getting in the door is based on first impressions, connections, and being able to impress upon someone that you will be a good fit for their company culture. Being in the majority aids in that to some degree.

Some do, most don't. I do service work and have many customers in predominately black areas, Ensley, Fairfield and Bessemer. None of my customers are white. My "white privilege" didn't get me doing business with those folks. My reputation to perform a superior service for them, my professional appearance and my pleasantness and respect for them and their homes are what got me their business.

I don't think it's something white folks should feel guilty about. I certainly don't feel guilty, but I do recognize my race afforded me some privileges that my black friends did not have. Like someone said earlier, it's more about the benefit of the doubt I was given in some situations than it is about opportunities I've had to succeed.

Lets go back to job interview examples then.
A white guy with tats down his arm and an earring, tshirt shows up for an interview for an office position, but education wise is qualified for the position.
A black guy dressed in business suit, no tats, no earrings and the exact same qualifications comes in for the same position.
Who do you think gets the job?
9 out of 10 times, I'm betting it would be the black guy.
Why?
Because he respected the interview, the interviewer, the company and showed that he cared about the job being advertised.

All overwhelmingly black populated. But they chose a white guy to come into their homes to do work for them. Was it because of white privilege? No. It was because I do a damn good job and respectful to people.

well see right there you introduced a bunch of different variables.
How about white guy and black guy, same level of academic achievement, both good work experience and all that. Not saying that every single time it will be the white guy, maybe 6/10, maybe 51/100. But there will be some degree of difference due to a number of factors and not necessarily because hiring guy is a racist.

Keep your scenario, but make the guy hiring, a black guy. Think it will still be a 6/10 ratio the white guy is hired?

Some do, of course, but the vast majority of whites go on with their daily lives not caring about race or their neighborhood.

ok, last example and I am done. Lets say a black guy does a damn good and is respectful to people as well. Both of you show up to talk with owner about building a deck (I have no idea what you do just first thing that came to mind). Black guy is likely able to shoot the shite with the owner quicker and easier and thus form a bond because he is from the same culture. As a result he gets picked for the work. Not a "silver spoon" advantage as he still had to work for it, but an advantage nonetheless.

That's not really comparing apples to apples. All things being equal, a white manager would probably gravitate towards hiring someone perceived to be more like him, and a black manager would do the same.
Eddie's pointing out that whites are the majority in this country, and white people have some advantages because of that.
